Doctor & Prominent California Congressman Becomes 9th House Members to Endorse Former State Senator Lou Correa for CA-46 Bid
SANTA ANA, CA— Kicking off the week with a fresh dose of momentum, today former State Senator Lou Correa scored a big endorsement from U.S. Congressman Raul Ruiz, MD. in his campaign to represent California’s 46th Congressional District seat.
The son of farmworkers, before serving in Congress, Ruiz worked as an Emergency Room Doctor at Eisenhower Medical Center and also started the Coachella Valley Healthcare Initiative. Currently, Ruiz represents California’s 36th Congressional District and serves on the House Committee on Natural Resources and the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs.
