WHO:             Santa Ana College’s first Theatre Arts Motion Picture Performance class will present four short films in conjunction with the college’s Theatre Arts Department. Created by Santa Ana College theatre arts professor and professional actor Christopher Glenn Cannon, the Theatre Arts 255 Motion Picture Performance class launched in fall 2015 when his students wrote, produced, directed and acted in the films. Cannon’s background as an actor and performer helped him develop this new curriculum that he says reflects the demands and expectations of professional artists in the 21st century entertainment industry. All films are directed by Cannon and the screenplays are by Shane Jensen Black.
