Orange County Coastkeeper Seeks to Grow Board of Directors
Qualified community leaders invited to protect local waters
ORANGE COUNTY, September 7, 2016 – Orange County Coastkeeper invites interested residents to join its board of directors to protect local waters. The nonprofit environmental organization advocates for fishable, swimmable, drinkable and sustainable water in Orange County, with programs targeting marine restoration, water conservation and water quality enforcement. “Since our founding, Coastkeeper’s board of directors has led us to tackle local water quality from every angle – from litigation to weekend cleanups,” says Orange County Coastkeeper Board Chair Steve Bone. “We’re looking for the right people to join in keeping our waters clean and beautiful for future generations to enjoy.”
Coastkeeper seeks to fill three positions on its board of directors.
