Yorba Linda Water District Board & Staff Served Writ of Mandate from YLTA
Members of the Yorba Linda Water District (YLWD) Board of Directors, their legal counsel Art Kidman and General Manager Marc Marcantonio were served a Writ of Mandate from the Yorba Linda Taxpayers Association at their Thursday morning meeting of January 14. In attendance were YLTA members Kent Ebinger and Jon Hansen. Watch the video at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRlYBc5oFfU

The Writ is a legal petition to Orange County Superior Court that asks a judge to order the Water Board to follow the law and either rescind the water rates they approved on September 17, 2015 or place the water rate referendum on the ballot for voters to decide.
