POLITICS AS USUAL: KIM DISTORTS TRUTH, FAILS TO DELIVER
While Teacher Quirk-Silva Pushes for Open, Accountable Gov’t.

FULLERTON, CA – Trounced in June’s primary election, Republican career politician Young Kim is turning to underhanded tactics that distort the facts in order to talk about anything other than her record of failing to deliver for Orange County families as a member of California’s legislature. Kim’s latest distortion of Quirk-Silva’s record centers around legislation requiring bills be in print and online for 72 hours to allow greater public scrutiny.  Quirk-Silva’s sole vote on the legislation opposed exempting the open government legislation from the existing open government process, a procedural vote that called for suspending legislative rules.
