Jet (listed as 10 years old on intake in January 2019), Clove (listed as 10 years old on intake in July 2018), and Fenway (listed as 6 years old on intake in January 2018) are all long stay dogs at the new shelter, who would never have survived this long previously. While living in a home is obviously always preferred for any animal, some animals, especially older large breed dogs, take longer to find the appropriate match. All three dogs are still available for public adoption, and are patiently waiting for that special person.
