Straight and wide, West Struck Avenue has long served as a road to daily salvation for hundreds of Orange’s homeless making their way to Mary’s Kitchen, a place of safety, sustenance and for many a new start. The city has its own new, and until now, nascent plan for Struck Avenue; as a thoroughfare for trucks on their way to a massive distribution terminal now being proposed by Prologis, right next door to Mary’s Kitchen.
