The Ektaa Center’s Diwali Festival celebration began in 2014 at Irvine City Hall. In 2018, it moved to the Great Park in Irvine the Center has hosted its Diwali events every year since, with the exception of 2020 due to the pandemic. Credit: KIM PHAM, Voice of OC
