The Hotel Fullerton on Raymond Ave and the 91-Fwy. This once 250 room facility which included an large restaurant (potential cafeteria facility) could have been converted into a wonderful facility providing housing for nearly 1/3-1/2 of the County’s 718 unhoused seniors (2022 PIT Count). Instead it was sold last year to be torn down to build a warehouse for stuff. Yes, we need a change of heart.
