Food conditions in OC jails have always been bad, but for almost two years, the OC Sheriff’s Department has served cold, rotting bologna sandwiches while pocketing the savings. Stop the Musick Coalition collaborated with incarcerated members and coalition partners to investigate the nutrition and budget of food in OC jails.
