This Memorial Day, Voice of OC highlights two local residents awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor – Marine Lance Corporal Kenneth L. Worley (Vietnam) and Navy Petty Officer Michael A. Monsoor (Iraq), who both sacrificed their lives for their country.
