The Aliso Viejo City Council generally meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
Agendas are typically posted by 4 p.m. on the Friday before the meeting. Video links are typically made available the morning following the meeting.

MEETING TIME: The council’s regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. If the council has any close session items, that portion of the meeting is held immediately before the open session, typically beginning at 6 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Meetings are held at City Hall Council Chambers at 12 Journey, Suite 100 Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. Meetings are live-streamed for viewing here. City Council meetings are broadcast live on Cox Communications Channel 851 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 and rebroadcast on the following Wednesday.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Public comments can be submitted via email to community-input@avcity.org. Comments are read into the record for up to three minutes.
General public comment (on non-agendized matters) is heard toward the beginning of the meeting. Comments pertaining to an item on the agenda are heard at the time the item is being considered.
