MEETING LOCATIONCity Hall Council Chambers, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. First. floor Anaheim, Calif., 92805. Meetings are also broadcast on Charter Spectrum cable, AT&T U-verse and also can be viewed live online.

PUBLIC COMMENT: The public is encouraged to submit comments at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the meeting.  The time limit for public comments is three minutes per speaker unless a different time limit is announced.

There are two Public Comment periods: “The first Public Comment period is for speakers wishing to speak on any item on the agenda, except for scheduled public hearings.  After all agenda item speakers have been heard, and if the first Public Comment period has not exceeded 90 minutes, any time remaining will be provided to Non-Agenda item speakers until the 90 minute time limitation has been exhausted.  The second Public Comment period, following the Report on Closed Session Items, will be opened to Non-Agenda item speakers not heard during the first Public Comment period. ”
