MEETING TIME: The council’s regular meeting typically begins at 6:30 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins around 5 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, CA 92821. Viewers can also watch the meeting live on the district’s YouTube Channel.
PUBLIC COMMENT: At the beginning of each meeting or during any agenda item, there is an opportunity for the public to speak. Speakers should complete and submit a blue public comment card prior to the public comments portion of the agenda. Public members who address the board will be limited to a maximum of three minutes per speaker.
