MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meeting starts at 7 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins around 5 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public can speak directly to the board during the oral communications portion of the meeting. Oral communications occur immediately following board comments. Individual presentations are limited to a maximum of three minutes per individual, and the total time for comments is 20 minutes.
