MEETING TIME: Regular meetings begin at 6 p.m. with study sessions taking place at 5 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month. If the city has any closed session items, that portion of the meeting typically begins at 4 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Costa Mesa City Hall’s Council Chambers, located at 77 Fair Drive. Meetings are broadcasted live on Spectrum TV Channel 3, AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 and live-streamed on YouTube. To listen telephonically or via Zoom find the latest agenda for the login information.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Residents can email comments to cityclerk@costamesaca.gov or via mail to “City Council” at 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Comments received by 12 p.m. on the date of the meeting will be provided to the city council, made available to the public and will be part of the meeting record.
