The La Habra City Council generally meets on the first and third Monday of each month. City council agendas are posted 72 hours prior to each meeting.

MEETING TIME: The council’s regular meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. If the city council has any closed session items, that portion of the meeting typically begins at 5:30 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Council Chamber 100 East La Habra Boulevard, La Habra California 90631. The city live broadcasts and replays city council meetings on La Habra Cable Channel 3 and on its website.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Written comments must be sent to the City at cc@lahabraca.gov by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Comments sent in by the deadline are printed and provided to the City Council prior to the meeting.
In-person comments are limited to three minutes per speaker with a total time limit of 30 minutes per item that has been removed for separate discussion unless otherwise modified by the mayor.
