The Laguna Beach City Council generally meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

MEETING TIME: The council’s regular meeting typically begins at 5 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting begins around 4 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: 505 Forest Avenue Laguna Beach, California 92651.
Residents may view the meeting live on Cox cable channel 852 and online on the City of Laguna Beach website. Viewers can also listen live on Laguna Beach radio station KX FM 104.7.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Residents can submit comments in writing via mail to 505 Forest Avenue, Laguna Beach, CA. 92651. Public commenters can also fill out this online form or PDF form and email amckay@lagunabeachcity.net.
Comments are accepted no later than 3 p.m. the day before the meeting in order for the comments to be submitted to the members of the city council with sufficient time for them to review the comments.
Residents may continue to provide written comments up to 12 p.m. the day of the meeting. These comments will be provided to the council members, but they might not have enough time to review them prior to the meeting. Written comments are not read aloud during council meetings.
