MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meeting usually starts at 6 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins at 5 p.m. Study sessions, which are scheduled separately from regular meeting days, typically start around 5 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Thurston Middle School Library, 2100 Park Avenue, Laguna Beach 92651. Viewers can access the Zoom livestream but clicking the link at the top of the meeting’s corresponding agenda or using this link.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public can submit written comments by clicking the Google Form link at the top of the meeting’s corresponding agenda. Written comments must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Commenters can also speak directly to the board in person during the public comment portion of the agenda. Speaking time will be limited to three minutes per speaker and 20 minutes in total. With board consent, the board president may modify the time allowed for public presentation.
