The Laguna Hills City Council generally meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

MEETING TIME: The council’s regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. When scheduled, the closed session portion of the meeting beings at 6 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: 24035 El Toro Road Laguna Hills, CA 92653. Meetings are streamed live on the city’s website.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Residents can submit comments via email to publiccomments@lagunahillsCA.gov by 5 p.m. on the day of the meeting. In the subject line of the email, commenters should include their name and the item number they are commenting on.
Any public comment received that does not specify a particular agenda item number will be announced during the general public comment portion of the agenda. If residents wish to submit a public comment on more than one agenda item, they should send a separate email for each item they are commenting on.
