The Laguna Niguel City Council generally meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month.

MEETING TIME: The council’s regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. If the council has any closed session items, that portion of the meeting begins around 6 p.m.

Regular City Council meetings are aired live on Cox Cable Channel 853, AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 and on the city’s YouTube channel. Rebroadcasted meetings are available for viewing on Cox Cable/AT&T U-Verse channels at 6 p.m. daily following each meeting. Both live and rebroadcasted videos of the city council meetings may also be viewed on the city’s YouTube channel.
PUBLIC COMMENT: The public may submit comments on any agenda item or on any item not on the agenda in writing via mail to “City Council” at 30111 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 or by email to the City Clerk at clerk@cityoflagunaniguel.org.
Any person wishing to address the city council should complete and present a “Request to Speak” form to the city clerk at the meeting. Forms are available on the counter located inside the council chambers. The time limit will be established by the mayor.
The city council may establish a time limit on all public comments. Any documents pertaining to items on the agenda that are provided to the city council prior to 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be available for public review.
