MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meetings typically begin at 6 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually beings around 3 or 4 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: District Education Center, Roderick H. MacMillian Board Room, 2985 Bear Street, Bldg. A, Costa Mesa, California 92626. Meetings are streamed live on the district’s YouTube channel.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public have the opportunity to address the board in person during the “community input” portions of the meeting. Each speaker has three minutes to address the board. There is a maximum of 20 minutes of comments per item.
