MEETING TIME: The board usually convenes in the morning at 9:30 a.m. The board usually breaks for lunch and any closed session matters at 12 p.m. before returning for public comment.
MEETING LOCATION: Board Hearing Room, First Floor, 400 W. Civic Center Drive Santa Ana, California. Meetings are broadcast live and the video is stored on the board’s website.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Speakers can directly address the board in person during the public comment portion at the end of the meeting. The public comment portion comes after the board returns from closed session. Comments shall be limited to three minutes per person unless different time limits are set by the chair subject to the approval of the board.
