MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meeting typically starts at 5 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins around 4 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: 200 Kalmus Drive Costa Mesa, California 92626. Meetings are streamed live and stored on YouTube. Meeting audio and video are also linked on the board’s website.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Any individual desiring to address the board in person at a meeting is asked to complete a request form which may be obtained from the recording secretary. Comments shall be limited to three minutes per person and 30 minutes for all comments.
