MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meeting typically begins at 7 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins at 5:30 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: 1401 N. Handy Street, Bldg. H, Orange, CA 92867. Board meetings are aired on Spectrum Channel 95 and AT&T at 8 a.m., 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. following the board meeting. Board meeting archives are available on the district’s YouTube channel.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the audience may address the board on agenda items during consideration of that item. Speaking time is limited to three minutes per speaker with a maximum of 20 minutes per topic. Speakers should submit public comment cards, which are available starting at 5:30 p.m. in the board room and close promptly at 7 p.m.
