PUBLIC COMMENT: If you wish to address the Board in person during Public Comment, you will be asked to wait in the foyer outside of the Board Room, wear a mask, and practice social distancing until it is your turn to speak. Staff will have the public comment cards available in the foyer, and the card will need to be turned in prior to the Board holding Public Comment. The Board’s bylaws do not allow forms to be submitted once the presiding officer has called for Public Comment.
Comments are limited to five minute per person.
