MEETING TIME: The council’s regular meeting typically begins at 7 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting is held toward the end of the council’s regular meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENT: To submit a written comment for an upcoming meeting, residents should email City Clerk Amy Diaz at adiaz@cityofrsm.org by 4:30 p.m. the day of the meeting. Written comments will not be read at the meetings.
Those who physically attend must fill out a speaker request form and submit it to the city clerk at the meeting. Public comments are limited to three minutes.
