The San Juan Capistrano City Council generally meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.

MEETING TIME: The council’s open session typically being at 5 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion usually begins at 3 p.m. San Juan Capistrano refers to closed session as “executive session.”

PUBLIC COMMENT: Commenters can submit written communication by contacting the city clerk at least one hour prior to the meeting at mmorris@sanjuancapistrano.org or cityclerk@sanjuancapistrano.org.
Those who physically attend the meeting and wish to speak do not need to complete a speaker card. The mayor will call on speakers prior to each agenda item.
