The Seal Beach City Council generally meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month.

This meeting schedule can change, particularly in months with national holidays, so be sure to check the status of a meeting at the agenda link below. Make sure to check the agency’s website also for the latest protocols on in-person and/or virtual attendance.



MEETING LOCATION: City Council Chambers at 211 Eighth Street. The meeting can be viewed on cable television on channel 3 or on the City’s website.

PUBLIC COMMENT: Submit comments on any item via email to the City Clerk at gharper@sealbeachca.gov or via the comment icon through the online portal.  All email comments the City Clerk receives before the start of the meeting will be posted on the City website and distributed to City Council. Email comments received after that time will be posted on the City’s website and forwarded to the City Council after the meeting. 

The Oral Communications/Public Comments portion of the meeting is towards the beginning of the meeting. Comments are limited to five minutes.
