Rohrabacher and Rouda Fight Over Notes Before First Debate

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Costa Mesa) and Democratic candidate Harley Rouda argued over notes before their first debate Monday, with Rouda threatening to walk away from the debate during a verbal fight between the two camps.

Immigration, Russia and an apparent contradiction by Democratic Congressional candidate Harley Rouda Monday highlighted the only debate so far in the tight 48th Congressional District race between Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Costa Mesa) and Rouda.
