Two major school districts in South County, Saddleback Valley and Capistrano Unified School Districts (SVUSD and CUSD) have chosen to conduct many of their fall registrations in person and on campus during the pandemic, endangering the lives of thousands of students despite there being safer and more efficient alternatives.
