Kriz: 7.8% of County’s Beginning of Year Homeless Population Now Dead With Another 44 People Dying “Without Fixed Abode” in November

Another 44 people died “without fixed abode” in OC in November, 449 for the already record-breaking year (7.8% of the County’s beginning of the year homeless population) with one month left to go.  Fentanyl will probably be blamed for much of the increase in deaths, but what has the County done to battle the rise of Fentanyl on the streets in these past years?
