Meetings are rebroadcast the Sunday following the meeting at 4 p.m. the following Monday at 12 p.m. and the following Tuesday at 4 p.m. until the next meeting is aired. \nPUBLIC COMMENT: Residents can submit questions and comments in writing for city council consideration by emailing cityclerk@newportbeachca.gov. Comments must be submitted by 5 p.m. the day prior to a meeting.  \nCommenters can also speak to the council in person during the meeting.
