Former State Senator and Lobbyist Dick Ackerman takes issue with allegations forwarded by former OC Fair Board Member David Padilla about the role of Congressional Candidate, Scott Baugh, in the failed effort to privatize the OC Fairgrounds, saying Baugh had no role and Padilla has his facts wrong.
