MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meeting typically begins at 7 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins around 6 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Board Room, 5816 Corporate Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630. Meetings are live-streamed via Zoom. A Zoom link is published on each meeting’s agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public may address the board on any agenda item or other topic during the public comment period listed on the agenda. Speakers may complete a public comment card available on the table near the entrance to assist the board president in recognizing speakers. Comments are limited to three minutes each with no more than 20 minutes allotted to any one item.
