MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meeting typically begins at 6 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins at 4:30 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Huntington Beach Union High School District Office, 5832 Bolsa Ave., Huntington Beach, CA 92649. The audio for each board meeting is recorded and stored on the city’s website.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public can address the board by filling out a yellow speaker card provided at the entrance to the board room and submit it to the board secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker has three minutes to make their comments.
If more than three people request to speak to any one side of an issue, the number of speakers to each side will be limited to the first 10 who submit their request to the board secretary, for a maximum of 30 minutes to each side.
