MEETING TIME: The council’s regular meeting begins at 2 p.m. The council’s closed session portion usually takes place at the end of the regular meeting.
MEETING LOCATION: Laguna Woods City Hall 24264 El Toro Road Laguna Woods, California 92637. Regularly scheduled City Council meetings are broadcast live on Channel 31, which typically occur at 2 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month but may change from time to time. Viewers can also stream city council meetings live on Zoom by following the instructions on the corresponding meeting agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public wishing to make in-person public comments are asked, but not required, to complete and submit a speaker card to city staff. Speaker cards are available near the entrance to the city council meeting location.
Written public comments may be submitted via email to cityhall@cityoflagunawoods.org or delivered to Laguna Woods City Hall at 24264 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637. Comments must be sent to the city by 2 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Written public comments may be read or summarized at the meeting. Residents can also speak to the council via Zoom by following the instructions listed on the corresponding agenda.
