Judge Orders OC Fairgrounds Staff to Reopen Equestrian Center
An Orange County Superior Court judge granted a temporary restraining order on Wednesday that requires staff at the OC Fair & Event Center to reopen arenas and round pens that were previously locked and prevented some equestrians from properly exercising their horses.
