On Tuesday, Voice of OC inaccurately reported that Superior Court Judge Ronald Bauer had indicated he was leaning toward granting a temporary restraining order that would prevent the Santa Ana Police Department from using video of a pot shop raid in an internal investigation.

The reporter misinterpreted a document approving the temporary restraining order as issued by Bauer. That was incorrect. Corey Glave, the attorney for the police officers in the case and the Santa Ana Police Officers Association, filed the document as a proposed order for Bauer to consider.

The original article has been corrected. We regret the error.
