The new shelter facility on Victory Road in Tustin is spacious and welcoming, with indoor/outdoor kennels for the dogs, multiple large fenced playyards, including in the quarantine area, and cats are kept in the permanent shelter structure itself, with litterboxes appropriately separated from feeding quarters, and access to play areas for enrichment.
