The Caltrans District 12 Reconnecting Our Communities (ROC) Study identifies opportunities to strengthen multimodal transportation in neighborhoods impacted or divided by highways and major roadways. The Study explores strategies to improve safety and access for pedestrians, bicyclists and public transit users, while advancing Caltrans’ statewide Reconnecting Communities framework.
