Tiramisu

Tiramisu has been at OC Animal Care in Tustin for a little over three months after coming in as a stray. 

Staff notations say she’s a very observant pet who loves playing in the yards at the shelter. Descriptions also say she does great on walks and loves attention.

Tiramisu is currently available for adoption, and she’s also eligible for the shelter’s April adoption promotion, which is waiving adoption fees for all dogs 25 pounds and over.

The shelter is also hosting a dog foster orientation and open house event on April 4 from 12 to 1 p.m. During this event, attendees can learn about becoming a foster to give a dog a break from the shelter walls.

Alfie

Alfie has been at the shelter for about a week after spending some time with a foster family.

Staff notations say he’s a friendly but shy pet who warms up quickly to new people. Descriptions also say he loves fetch and playing with toys.

Alfie is currently available for adoption, and he’s also eligible for the shelter’s April adoption promotion, which is waiving adoption fees for all dogs 25 pounds and over. He’s also available as part of the shelter’s foster-to-adopt program

Ernie

Ernie has been at OC Animal Care in Tustin for a little over a month after he was surrendered by a previous owner. 

Staff notations say he’s usually a quiet pet and recommend speaking softly to him. Descriptions also say he loves wet food meals and recommend a cat-experienced home for Ernie without any children.

Ernie is currently available for adoption. He’s being monitored and treated for a feline upper respiratory infection and may need additional veterinary consultation upon adoption.

The shelter is also hosting a kitten foster orientation and open house event on April 4 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. During this event, attendees can learn more about becoming a foster for kittens.

OC Animal Care, the county-run animal shelter in Tustin, is open daily for adoption visits from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. During this time, visitors can freely walk through the kennel areas to view the available animals.
