The decision parents face to send their children to neighborhood public schools, district magnets, versus Charter schools, is an important one. But as they consider which best suits their situation and child’s educational needs, are there outside forces trying to unduly influence them with misinformation to fit a political agenda? In my opinion, the answer is yes, and in this brief article, I identify those forces and what the ultimate outcome could lead to for our educational system.
