MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meeting typically begins at 7:30 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins at 6:30 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT: Any member of the audience may speak to the board in person by submitting a presentation card located on the table near the exit doors. Speakers should complete the card and brig it to the secretary at the start of the meeting. Speakers must limit their comments to three minutes. The board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 30 minutes. With board consent, the president may increase or decrease the time allowed for public presentation, depending on the topic and the number of persons wishing to be heard.
