MEETING TIME: The board’s regular meetings typically being at 6 p.m. If there are any closed session items, that portion of the meeting usually begins at 5 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT: Audience members wishing to address the board during the public comment segment of the agenda should fill out a public comment form available in the foyer. The number of minutes allowed for each speaker is determined by the number of speakers who submit their names prior to the beginning of public comment. When translation is requested, up to three additional minutes will be provided for English translation.
- 1-10 speakers: 3 minutes each
- 11-15 speakers: 2 minutes each
- 16-30 speakers: 1.5 minutes each
- 31+ speakers: 1 minute each
