Resnick: After Losing the Bond Measure, RSCCD Finds Another Way to Waste Taxpayer Dollars

The RSCCD Board of Trustees knowingly approved an employee health insurance plan with a controversial vendor costing taxpayers approximately $1.7 million more than a nearly identical alternative. They failed in their duty to scrutinize the plans and protect taxpayer dollars. Approving millions more for comparable coverage raises serious questions about fiscal responsibility, judgment, and accountability.
