The Orange County District Attorney’s Office has concluded that a plan by members of the local Fair Board to purchase the county’s Fairgrounds through a nonprofit entity did not violate state conflict of interest nor its open-meetings laws.

The District Attorney’s Office today released its report (download it from the related documents box on this page) on the investigation. More will come after we give the report a thorough read and talk with the main players involved.
