With all precincts reporting, election results show Connie Boardman, Joe Carchio, Matthew Harper and Joe Shaw leading in the race for Huntington Beach City Council, with Barbara Delgleize in fifth. In Huntington Beach, the top four vote-getters will win seats on the council.

Council members Gil Coerper, Jill Hardy and Mayor Cathy Green are termed out. Incumbent Carchio is running to keep his council seat. There are 20 ballot candidates and one write-in candidate vying for the four open seats.

Here is the vote breakdown of all the candidates as of Thursday morning:

Connie Boardman: 9.4 percent

Joe Carchio: 8.8 percent

Matthew Harper: 7.2 percent

Joe Shaw: 6.8 percent

Barbara Delgleize: 6.6 percent

Blair Farley: 6.5 percent

Jim Katapodis: 6.3 percent

Billy O’Connell: 6.1 percent

Dan Kalmick: 5.2 percent

Fred J. Speaker: 5.2 percent

Norm Westwell: 4.9 percent

Bill Rorick : 4.8 percent

Heather Grow: 4.5 percent

Shawn Roselius: 3.6 percent

Bruce J. Brandt: 3.4 percent

Erik Peterson: 3.3 percent

Landon Fichtner: 2.2 percent

Andrissa Dominguez: 2 percent

William Grunwald: 1.8 percent

John Von Holle: 1.5 percent
