The LiberalOC political blog is now accessible at the Santa Ana public library, ending an access block at the library that had the blog’s publisher questioning whether he was being censored.

As Voice of OC reported last week, users of library computers could access other political blogs, including RedCounty and OrangeJuice blog,  which are considered opponents of The LiberalOC.

Lyn Nguyen, who is in charge of technology at the library, said she didn’t know what happened to cause the block.

Said The LiberalOC’s Dan Chmielewski in this post: “We certainly didn’t hold a gun to anyone’s head or fire a warning shot to have our access restored. Our site was restored without a peep.”
