Isabel Becerra serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Coalition of Orange County Community Clinics.

Prior to joining the Coalition, Isabel enjoyed an extensive 18 year community health center career with a focus on Section 330 federally funded health centers (FQHC’s) in San Diego and Seattle, WA including private clinic experience in Orange County.

Isabel received her bachelor’s degree from Pomona College of the Claremont Colleges in California. She has completed health care executive leadership programs at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and the University of California, San Diego and is an MBA candidate from Fredric Taylor University.

Currently, Ms. Becerra serves as a board member of The California Wellness Foundation, Hispanics in Philanthropy, Orange County Health Needs Assessment (OCHNA) and OC Health Care Council. She is co-chair of the Regional Associations of California (RAC) and member of the California Primary Care Association (CPCA) and National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC).
